Aren't Textus Receptus readings based on late 12th century manuscripts?
While it is true that Erasmus used manuscripts from the 12th century onward to produce the Textus Receptus, most Textus Receptus readings are supported by early manuscripts that date to within a 100 to 200 years of the earliest manuscripts of those readings.
